HEBEI OUYANG SAFETY TOOLS CO., LTD. as a professional manufacturer since 1983 for Non-sparking, Non-magnetic Safety Hand Tools (also known as spark resistant hand tools), which made by special Aluminum-Bronze (Al-Br) or Copper-Beryllium (Cu-Be) alloys for safe use in Ex zones where hazardous, flammable or combustible vapors, liquids, dusts or residues may be present.Our line of non-sparking safety tools consists of wrenches, hammers, pliers, flange wedges, striking wrenches, impact sockets, screwdrivers, shovels ,tools kits and other safety hand tools. They comply with ATEX Directives for Ex Zones 0, 1 and 2 (Flammable Gas, Mists or Vapors); Zones 20, 21 and 22 (Combustible Dusts); and M1 and M2 for mining. Also we could produce all kinds of brass hammer, copper hammers,special steel hand tools, titanium hand tools, insulated hand tools, stainless steel hand tools (304 & 420) etc, which cover 400 classes, 3000 specs. Moreover, we want to emphasize that to our beryllium mater alloy import from Kazakhstan, which make the raw materials of non-sparking tools pure, and ensure our non-sparking tools high quality.Our titanium alloy tools produced by the company are forged from titanium alloy materials. They are non-magnetic, anti-corrosive, lightweight, and durable. They are special tools for aviation, aerospace, medical, and high magnetic field operations.In 2017, we are fully passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, environmental management system certification, and occupational health and safety management system.
